Pigeon Paw was founded in 2023 by Rebecca Burcher in Cleveland, Ohio. Rebecca grew up with her family in Walnut Creek, CA. Her dad raised roller pigeons and they always had plenty of cats and dogs running around too. When choosing her brand Rebecca wanted to choose something that reflected her childhood, and the crazy, chaotic, creativity that stemmed from it. Pigeon Paw seemed the perfect fit!

Rebecca grew up surrounded by the arts. Her mom was a gymnast coach so Rebecca was in the gym before she could walk. Rebecca grew up a dancer and became a professional dancer in her 20s. After a handful of debilitating diagnoses, she chose to retire from dance and channeled her creativity into fine arts instead. Years later, Pigeon Paw was born!
